In what has turned into one of the strongest holiday tournament fields in the metro area, Liberty will face Lutheran North in the opening round of the MICDS Holiday Tournament. Liberty claimed the 7th seed out of the 16 teams that features the likes of Parkway Central (1), St. Charles (8), Duchesne (4), Westminster (13), Ladue (5), Francis Howell Central (12), Whitfield (2), O’Fallon Christian (15), Francis Howell (3), MICDS (14), Trinity (6) and Miller Career (11).
Liberty’s second round opponent will be either Whitfield or O’Fallon Christian.
The opening game takes place at 7:30pm at MICDS.
