Eagles Win #11, Face Tough League Test on Friday

Sims stays hot and gets 19 points, going 7-14 from the field and 3-4 from 3 point range, as the Eagles notch win #11 on the road at Parkway North.

Overall contributed 9 points and Jones had 8 as the Eagles won on back to back nights for the first time this season.  Parkway North fell to 1-12 in what has proven to be a tough season for the Vikings. It only gets tougher for the Vikings as they travel to Webster Groves Friday and then play Sikeston next week at Ft. Zumwalt North.

The Eagles welcome a hot Washington team to Liberty High School on Friday.  Washington has won 3 of their last 4, and is coming off a road win at Ft. Zumwalt South on Tuesday night.

Washington features two players averaging in double figures in scoring. Conlan Jarvis averages 11.6 per game and the 6′ 6″ Cason Suggs gets 10.8 per contest for the Blue Jays.

Jarvis averages just under 40% of behind the arc and shoots 57.4% from the field.  Suggs is hitting at an impressive 70.3% from the field.  In addition to Suggs and Jarvis, the Blue Jays count on Sr. Zach Harms who is averaging 9.8 points per game and shoots over 50% from 3 point range.

Friday’s game tips off at 7pm at Liberty High School.
